As the editor of FSR magazine, a restaurant industry trade publication, I interviewed the industry’s top chefs and restaurant owners on a daily basis. Worth Your Salt was a debut podcast to bring their stories of success, or failure, to others in the industry. I interviewed, recorded and edited for each of the three episodes I produced. I also translated each story into Instagram campaigns.
