In my time with First Citizens I managed the production of more than 200 blog-style articles for our retail, small business and commercial verticals. They were created to populate the Insights section on the new FirstCitizens.com. Topics were driven by user research, persona development, and search engine optimization. I served as editorial manager and provided top-level editing on all content. Each article was designed for discoverability as top-funnel marketing to drive traffic to FirstCitizens.com.
