In my time as a food editor on the Facebook flagship at Tastemade, nothing garnered more views than my Chicken a la Croix video. Our goal as food editors was to surprise and delight the Facebook audience so that our content would go viral. I only achieved that feat once, using one of our tried and true formulas of transforming a store-bought item with Millennial street cred into a meal for the modern mom.
